Tuesday’s Workout: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Sprints
Equipment Needed:
None!
Outdoor Sprints (can be done in a driveway, in between light posts or just 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off).
-5 minute very easy warmup
-15-30 second sprints (15 seconds for beginners, 22 seconds for intermediate, 30 seconds for advanced), with 30 second rest. 10 sprints.
-5-10 minute very easy jog cool down.
