Monday’s Workout: Full Body Circuit
Equipment Needed:
Dumbbells
Yoga Mat (or towel)
Workout:
1) Backward Lunge to Shoulder Press x 10 each leg
2) Donkey Kick with Knee to Chest x 10 each leg
3) Pushups x 10
4) Squat to Lateral Raise x 10
5) Dumbbell Curl to Arnold Press x 10
Rest 1-2 minutes and repeat entire circuit four times. Do five circuits total.
