I am going to do the Ursula workout this morning, but before I get started, I wanted to share a couple things with you that are on my mind. Sometimes I have days where unexpected things come up in my schedule, or days where everything just gets away from me. In the past I really used to beat myself up over stuff like that, I used to struggle with the all or nothing mentality but, as I have gotten older and wiser I have learned that consistency is better than intensity and something is always better than noting. Its okay if you are just starting or doing it a day late. We can so easily just say, “no I have dishes to do, or I need to make breakfast” but, I have learned to give myself permission to spend 20 minutes on myself, then I can give my time to everyone else. 

I guess I just wanted to share that, just in case you guys thought I have all my stuff together, I don’t. Things don’t have to be perfect to get started, just start. 

This is a 16 minute workout, that even if you are pregnant you can do. This workout is intended for the members in my Modern Mom Lifestyle program, but this really can be a workout that anyone can do. I am just going to do body weight today, but if you wanted to make it more challenging you can use weights. The “live” video is posted on my Facebook page if you’d like to follow along. 

Assending ladder 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. etc in 16 minutes. 2 of each exercise, then 6 of each exercise etc until you reach 16 minutes.
