These are the perfect snack or lunch and they are super macro friendly. This is a recipe even my kids enjoy, especially when I add cheese to the top and pop them in the oven for a few minutes!

Ingredients
1 can of tuna, drained
4 mini peppers, sliced in half and seeds removed
1 tbs. plain Greek yogurt
1 tbs. olive oil mayo
1 green onion, diced
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
In a small bowl mix together the tuna, yogurt, mayo, seasonings, and onion. Combine well.

Evenly distribute the tuna mixture into each pepper slice, about a heaping tablespoon each. Serve immediately.

Sometimes I will add a little bit of cheese on top and pop them in the oven. They are sooo good this way, but it does add extra calories.
