Everyday women reach out to me during various stages of their pregnancy looking for guidance on nutrition and exercise and feeling frustrated that there don’t seem to be REAL resources available to them.
Celebrities and magazines are always telling women “how to get their body back” but never acknowledging that there are so many variations of normal. AND so much more to life as a mom than “getting your body back.”
It seemed like no one was leading the charge in fixing this problem…and that’s when I made it my mission!
I made it my mission to create a program that gives you the tools, knowledge, and motivation to make decisions that will help you stay healthy physically and emotionally during and after pregnancy.
I don’t want to just tell you what to do. I want to empower you to make your own choices about what is right for you and your family.
This is why I will give you guidelines to follow, but I also encourage and empower you to make decisions on your own, with the tools I will give you, that involve listening to your body and which align with your values and needs.

There is a separate program for each trimester (1st, 2nd, 3rd) as well as a “4th” trimester program for that time post pregnancy when you are healing, nursing, and getting adjusted to all of the changes that come with a new baby.
