Protein Chia Tea


Ever since I launched my supplement line and shared my protein packed pumpkin latte recipe, I keep getting asked if I have a protein tea recipe and I DO! I am so excited to share it with you! 

Ingredients:

1 chai tea bag
½ scoop vanilla Back 2 Basics Protein
1 tsp stevia (or any natural sweetener of choice)
dash cinnamon 

Directions
  1. Steep the tea bag in a cup of boiling water for 4-5 minutes then remove the bag.
  2. In a blender, mix together the steeped chai tea, whey protein, and honey.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and Enjoy!
