🥑Pesto & Avocado Grilled Sandwich🥑
2 slices thinly sliced bread
2 tbs pesto
1 slice of mozzarella cheese
1 handful spinach
Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto on each slice of bread.
On one slice of bread, top with slices of avocado and spinach.
On the other slice top with a slice of cheese, place on top of the other slice.
Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Grill sandwich on medium heat till golden brown on each side, about 3 minutes. Enjoy!
