I used to think that meal prep had to look like 14 perfectly portioned meals, colorful and in matching tupperware. I kept getting overwhelmed and then disappointed when I couldn’t keep up with my meal prep. Finally our family settled into a routine that works really well for us. It’s not as perfectly portioned and placed as some other meal preps, but this is what works for us to keep us on track with our nutrition on days when we are rushed and in a hurry.
