Here is the recorded Google Hangout for you guys!  Tomorrow I will go back through this recording and break down the questions with what time that question was asked so you can fast forward to a particular question if you would like.

This is a quick follow up video I made because as I was closing out the Google Hangout I saw that there were a few questions in the Q&A section that didn’t show up on my screen while I was live on the air!  I am so, so sorry about that!  So, I went back in and answered the questions I had read through, if you had typed a question into that section and I didn’t get to it, leave it as a comment and I will answer it asap 🙂

Hey guys!

I am really excited to start our Google Hangouts again this month!  This is one of my favorite parts of the membership section of my site – getting to really chat and interact with all of you guys!

The live chat will be tomorrow Thursday, March 26th at 8pm CST.  The video will be embedded right into this blog post so all you need to do is check back here tomorrow at 8pm and you will be able to watch, chat, and ask questions while I’m live on the air.  The hangout will be recorded so if you can’t catch it live, that’s ok you can come back here and see the whole thing.  If you aren’t able to get on the hangout live but you still have a question you would love to be answered, just reply to this email and we’ll make sure to answer it on the air.

I am going to aim to keep the hangout at one hour from 8-9pm.  For the first part of the hangout I’m going to talk a little bit about finding balance with your nutrition and training and how to maintain a healthy weight long term.  Then after that it will be an open q&a type conversation.
