My legs are always one of the last places on my body to respond, so I am always looking for really good leg workouts. I finished my workout with this combo and my legs felt like jello walking out of the gym! Here’s the superset;
-Leg press x 10
-Squat Jumps x 10
-Rest for 60 seconds
-Complete 3 rounds
