Friday’s Workout: Abs & Plyometric Cardio

Equipment Needed:
Stability Ball
Dumbbells
Yoga Mat (or towel)

Workout:
1) Lunges & Dumbbell Chop x 10
2) DB Row & Tricep Kickback with Plank x 10
3) Burpee to DB Press x 10
4) Stability Ball Hamstring Curl x 10
5) Stability Ball Roll Up x 10
6) Calf Raise to Lateral Raise x 10

Rest 1-2 minutes and repeat entire circuit. Do 4 circuits total.
