Equipment Needed:
Yoga Mat (or towel)

Day 1: Full Body Circuit (all body weight exercises)
12 minutes AMRAP  (AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible)
20 lunges (10 per leg)
10 pushups
10 situps
10 tricep dips (on stairs or chair)
