Your body is going to see a lot of changes as you go into the 1st trimester. It’s important to begin listening to your body and being in tune with your body’s changes. Exercise and nutrition can play a really important role in how you feel and can help you manage some of the negative side effects of pregnancy.
Common changes and symptoms you may experience in the 1st trimester
include:
• Fatigue
• Morning sickness including nausea and vomiting (this can happen all
day, not just in the morning)
• Forgetfulness
• Breast Tenderness
• Dizzy Spells or Light-Headedness
• Increased urination
• Sleep Issues
• Vivid dreams
• Increases in blood volume, heart rate, human chorionic gonadotropin
(hCG), estrogen and progesterone
