These baked bacon wrapped avocado boats might be the easiest party snack ever! With only a few main ingredients, and a little bit of seasoning, you can put them in the over and enjoy!

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Cut avocado in half, remove pit and skin, carefully removing fruit. Scoop a bit of the fruit out of the center so you have enough room for the egg.

Place avocado in a muffin tin, with the center facing up. Crack egg into the center, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and half of the shredded cheese. Continue with other half.

Carefully lift avocado and wrap with one slice of bacon.

Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, till egg is cooked and bacon is crispy. Enjoy!
