Rosemary Sweet Potatoes

Tonight I’m grilling some venison steaks for dinner (you could do top sirloin if you don’t have access to venison). I really like making my side of sweet potatoes this way. I rinse them, chop them into bite size pieces (this was three sweet potatoes), then put them on a cookie sheet with foil on the bottom for easier clean up. Drizzle 1 Tbsp olive oil on top then sprinkle black pepper, sea salt, garlic powder, rosemary, and thyme (thyme is a strong herb so use sparingly). Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the potatoes are no longer crunchy. Delish!!

I do about 6 oz (weighed cooked) for one serving so there will be leftovers from this that I can eat tomorrow.
