Day 2: Cardio
Equipment Needed: None!
30 seconds of each exercise with 10 seconds rest in between.
1) Jumping Jacks
2) Speed Skaters
3) Jumping Oblique Twists
4) High Knees
5) Burpees
Rest 1-2 minutes then repeat 3x
(17-20 minutes total workout)
