Day 4: Cardio
Equipment Needed: None!
30 seconds of each exercise with 10 seconds rest in between
1) Pretend Jump Rope
2) Ski Jumps
3) Up-Up-Down-Down Plank
4) Butt Kicks
5) Mountain Climbers
Rest 1-2 minutes then repeat 3x
(17-20 minutes total workout)
