Thursday’s Workout: Tabata Style Cardio
Equipment Needed:
None!
*I use the Tabata Timer app (free) on my phone for these workouts*
5 minute warmup
Tabata #1:
Alternate Burpees and Mountain Climbers (20 seconds on/ 10 seconds off)
Tabata #2: Alternate Frog Jumps and Butt Kicks (20 seconds on/ 10 seconds off)
Tabata #3: Lunge Jumps and Side to Side Shuffle (20 seconds on/ 10 seconds off)
